Yes. Sewflow offers 100% raw human hair with no synthetic fibers, no fillers, and no chemical processing. Our hair can be colored, straightened, curled, and restyled while maintaining its natural texture and longevity.

2. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, Sewflow hair can last 12–24 months or longer. Longevity depends on maintenance, installation method, and how often the hair is colored or heat-styled.

3. Does the hair shed or tangle?

Our hair is minimal to non-shedding and tangle-free when cared for correctly. Each bundle is carefully sourced and inspected to ensure consistent quality and cuticle alignment.

4. How long does shipping take

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

5. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, there will be no returns.

6. How many bundles do I need for a full look?

For lengths 18”–22”, we recommend 2–3 bundles for a full install.

For 24”–30”, we recommend 3–4 bundles for maximum fullness.

If you’re adding a closure or frontal, 2–3 bundles are typically sufficient.
