Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During major sales or promotional periods, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

For domestic shipments within the US, we use FEDEX for delivery, which includes receipt confirmation and insurance. Once processed, your order will be delivered in approximately 2-3 business days. Orders shipped to PO BOX addresses will be handled via USPS. Please note that overnight delivery to a PO BOX may take up to 2 business days, and overnight shipments departing on Friday will arrive the following Monday, not Saturday. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

International orders are typically delivered within 10 business days and are shipped via FedEx. Please be aware that international shipping charges do not cover any tariffs or import duties imposed by your home country. It is important to consider this before placing an order. Sewflow reserves the right to modify the shipping method to a comparable alternative if necessary. Shipping costs may vary from the actual carrier rate, but all shipping charges must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
